Adley New York offers FREE USPS Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

- Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM (GMT-05:00)
- Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Saturday)
- Transit Time: 3–6 business days after dispatch (Monday – Saturday)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 4–8 business days (processing + transit)
- Shipping Cost: Free USPS Shipping on all U.S. orders
- Tracking: Tracking details are sent by email once your order ships
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Possible Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including holidays, peak shipping periods, severe weather, or carrier service interruptions.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days. If your package still has not arrived after this period, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can typically be canceled before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. When possible, include a clear photo of the issue along with your order number so we can resolve the matter quickly.
