Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer FREE USPS Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Saturday).

How long does delivery take?
USPS delivery generally takes 3–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Total delivery time is typically 5–9 business days (processing + transit).

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

What if my order is delayed?
Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to holidays, peak seasons, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days. If it still has not arrived, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return period?
You may request a return or refund within 90 days of the delivery date.

Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

What items qualify for return?
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Original tags and packaging should be included where applicable. Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email is accepted).

How do I start a return?
Please contact us through our Contact Us page and include your order number along with the item(s) you wish to return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Please contact us with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.

Cancellations & Issues

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can typically be canceled before processing begins. Once processing has started or the order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery under our 90-day return policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. When possible, include a clear photo of the issue along with your order number so we can resolve the matter quickly.
