- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags should be included where applicable
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email is accepted)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

3. Package the Item Securely
Please ensure the item is safely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
Responsibility for Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to change of mind, preference, or exchange requests.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. We do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges

All exchange requests must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an item different from what you ordered, contact us immediately through our Contact Us page.
Please include your order number and, if possible, a clear photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.
We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests; however, once an order has shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
